Welcome to ClickDo. By accessing our website and engaging our SEO and link-building services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
ClickDo provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Backlink Acquisition and Link Building
- Content Creation and Strategy
- Digital Consulting
2. Client Obligations
To ensure the success of our campaigns, the Client agrees to:
- Provide administrative access to websites and analytics tools as necessary.
- Disclose any previous SEO work, penalties, or “black-hat” techniques applied to the domain.
- Approve content and strategy pivots in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
3. Performance & Guarantees
While ClickDo utilizes industry-leading strategies to improve search visibility, the Client acknowledges the following:
- No Rankings Guarantee: SEO is influenced by third-party search engines (Google, Bing, etc.). We do not guarantee specific rankings or “Position #1” results, as search algorithms change frequently.
- Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for changes made by search engines or hosting providers that may affect site performance.
4. Link Building & Content
All link-building activities are performed with the intent of improving domain authority and organic reach.
- Link Longevity: While we strive for permanent placements, ClickDo cannot control the long-term actions of third-party website owners.
- Ethical Standards: We reserve the right to refuse niche industries that violate our internal ethics policy (e.g., illegal content, predatory services).
5. Payment & Cancellations
- Invoicing: Services are typically billed on a monthly retainer or project-based milestones.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause all active SEO work if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in your individual Service Level Agreement (SLA).
6. Intellectual Property
Until full payment is received, all custom strategies, content, and reports remain the property of ClickDo. Upon final payment, ownership of specific deliverables (like articles or on-page code) transfers to the Client.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClickDo shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, data, or search engine penalties incurred by the Client due to algorithm updates or the Client’s own modifications to the website.
